In these 3 classes, you will understand what the much-talked-about Connections are and what they involve – mainly the sequences of Basic and Intermediate levels, relating to your own body and the movements between them.
This way, you will reach the Advanced/athletic level with more ease and confidence. The concepts and terms you will learn are fundamental to achieving and understanding the “full body workout” in your body, meaning to work your body as a whole during practice.
